Suicide - John′s Story

John is convinced that he has the worst life ever! He has no friends at school. He is sure that everyone looks at him like he′s a freak. They call him names. He hates going to school. Sometimes, he just doesn′t go at all. Nobody seems to care. He believes that teachers only care about you if you′re a good student. The principal told him that if he misses any more days of school they will have to kick him out. He hopes they do.

He thinks his parents don′t care either. As far as he is concerned, all they care about is their work and making money. They are never around, and he is supposed to take care of his little brother until they get home from work. Sometimes that′s not till 7 or 8 at night. So, even if he had friends, he thinks there wouldn′t be time to hang out with them.

John is tired of being mad and hating everything. No matter what, nothing seems to get better. He tried to talk to his dad the other night. His dad told him that he just needed to make some friends. John is sure that his dad doesn′t understand him at all. He thinks that maybe it is time to just end all of the pain.
